OSAA Adopts New 2020-2021 Activities Calendar

Summer Cross Country Workouts

XC workouts will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:30 at Elijah Bristow State Park. Coach Sprague will limit the workouts to only 10 runners per day. Volleyball workouts and open gym

**Updated** Summer high school volleyball open gyms/workouts are available Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7:45/8pm (incoming 9th-12th grade). Middle school volleyball open gyms/work outs Wednesdays only 5-6:15/30pm (for incoming 6th-8th graders). Meet at main high school gym. Bring outdoor and indoor shoes and your own water bottle.
